Dubbed as the smallest waterproof music player in the world by the Fitness Technologies Inc., the UWaterG2 is expected to have its release date at the CES Tradeshow in Las Vegas in 2011.  This cool puppy here measures just about 0.4 x 1.25 x 1.75 inches. Specs and features wise, it will come in three memory sizes including – 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB. In addition, the device is water proof up to 10 feet or 3 meters.  The MP3 player will also be available in variety of color combinations such as Black/Red, Black/Yellow, Black or Ice White, and Black/Blue. Furthermore, it comes with a Twist and Lock earphones which are expected to cater double protection to avoid damaging its electronics while underwater. Finally, battery – wise, the gadget is expected to provide up to 8 hours of continuous playback via single charge. Here’s a quick run down of its features:

Both gadgets come packing with a memory card slot, car charger, and remote control as well.  Antennas for the tuners are also included for the larger model. They are also capable of playing multiple formats such as DivX video, MP3/WMA music files, and JPEG photos. Release date for the REZGA SD-P96DT in Japan will be in early December.  As for the SD-P76S, interested consumers should anticipate this to ship in mid-January 2011.  However, there isn’t any word regarding the price of this, yet.

The device which looks remarkably like a smartphone offers specs and features including a  3.2-inch touchscreen display, an option between an 8GB or 16GB onboard memory, a 2 megapixel rear camera, a support for micro SDHC memory card, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS capabilities.  Moreover, it has FM radio and an accelerometer.  Lacking the 3G connectivity, you’ll almost be able to make a phone call on it.

Consumers can also opt for the Bluetooth streaming headphones which will also be released in addition to the Zen Touch 2.  The WP-300 offers support for lossless Bluetooth audio which can also be charged from USB. The Creative Zen Touch 2 PMP will be released in Singapore.  Release date to other international territories wasn’t disclosed yet.  The 8GB model will be available at a price of $217 while the 16GB is priced at $232.  You’ll be charged $116 per pair for the headphones.
