BlackBerry Bold 9780 Smartphone

At last! After hitting on a lot of leaks about this handset, Research in Motion (RIM) has finally introduced the newest addition to the BlackBerry Bold range and is actually the first BlackBerry Bold to ship with the BlackBerry 6.0 operating system.  It’s none other than the new BlackBerry Bold 9780 smartphone which looks exactly like its predecessor – the BB 9700.

The processor of the mobile phone is yet to be undisclosed.  The handset also gets WebKit-based browser which allows users to enjoy multi-site browsing along with T-Mobile’s version of Wi-FI calling.  Users will get to experience integrated access to BBM, Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace.  Furthermore, it gets a dedicated BlackBerry YouTube App as well as Universal search.

The BlackBerry Bold 9780 smartphone will be hitting the markets on a large number of mobile carriers in November.  On the other hand, T-Mobile has confirmed its version to have a November 17th release date and will be available at a price of $129.99 with a two-year contract.
