At Computex 2009, Asus presented an 11.6 ” Eee PC 1101HGo netbook. This is the newest addition to the Seashell line and basically the 3G version of the Eee PC 1101HA having the same specifications of this netbook.

  • 11.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels
  • Intel Atom Z-series CPU
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 160 GB Hard drive
  • 1.3 Megapixel Cam
  • HUAWEI EM770 3G module
  • wireless module Wi-Fi
  • Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR
  • three USB 2.0
  • multicard reader
  • 6-cell battery


Asus put a larger battery to this 1101HGo to support the power requirement needed by 3G WWAN module according to Asus’ product manager but didn’t mention if the runtime would also be the same as of 1101HA that can last up to 9.5 to 11 hours.

Still No word on Eee PC 1101HGo’s pricing or availability.
