Sony in Japan has updated their walkman E-series with the USB stick-type player. This player sized at 22.3×84.9×16.9mm and weigh 28g, will be available with 2GB (NW-E042), 4GB (NW-E043), or 8GB (NW-E044) with 10 different colors to choose from. Each new Walkman includes one extra interchangeable skin, or what Sony calls a Style-UP Panel.

This new update to E-series players features a 3-line color LCD display, and support ATRAC, MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV audio files and can play music up to 28 hours of music.

They’re out in March in Japan for between $100 and $150.
