This may not be the first time that you’ve seen this handset as leaks have been popping on the Internet, but finally information about the device have continued to spread together with its photo. Having said this, I’m talking about the new HTC Mecha Smartphone. The handset is also known as the Incredible HD and is expected to go to the wireless carrier, Verizon.
Specs and features-wise, the HTC Mecha Android phone will run on Verizon’s LTE network and with that, we’re talking about 4G network as seen on the leaked photos. The mobile phone will also ship with the new HTC sense, a notification light, and will be power-driven by the Android 2.2 (Froyo) operating system. The lads over Android Central have also said that the smartphone gets a 9Mbps down and 5Mbps up testing. As for the other specs, we have yet to wait in the coming months.

Meet the HTC Desire. The Desire is the latest offering from HTC which is slowly becoming one of the most productive Android phone manufacturers in the market. The handset has been linked to the renowned Google Nexus One because the handsets carry almost the same specs apart from the fact that they are both manufactured by HTC.
Let’s take a look at the features that we can expect with the HTC Desire smartphone. Features-wise, the handset boasts a 3.7 inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display at 480×800 pixels, 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and video recording capable, 3G, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Stereo FM Radio, and 4GB microSD card included which can be enhanced up to 32GB.
On the hardware, the mobile phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1GHz processor making it one of the fastest smartphones present in the market and Android v2.1 Éclair operating system which can be upgraded later this year to Android 2.2. Also, the HTC Desire packs 576MB RAM and 512MB ROM to handle more applications.
Other goodies include HTC’s Sense UI as well as access to a number of games and applications via the Android Market. The phone also got physical buttons and a clickable optical trackpad just below the screen. The Sense user interface offers consumers seven homescreen panels to boot. Here is the photo of the recently rumored upcoming Windows Phone 7 handset discovered over at xda-developers through a leaked Windows 7 ROM .cab file. Dubbed as the HTC Mondrian. This phone could be the HTC Diamond 3 or the HTC HD3. If the rumor is true, the device will feature a 4.3 inch capacitive touch screen display with 480 x 800 pixels and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked @ 1.3 Ghz (QSD8650A or B) which also supports both CDMA and GSM 3G.
