It was just late last year when PC manufacturers started the 3D laptops mania. And guess what? The frenzy over the 3D notebooks continues as we’ve got another 3D notebook headed your way – the LG Xnote R590 3D Gaming Notebook. The LG Xnote R590 3D is the first laptop of LG, one of the biggest Korean electronics maker, to bring the 3D technology. The notebook will come with a 3D projector and a 3D gaming monitor.
As for the specifications of the laptop, there aren’t much of differences from its non-3D version. The Xnote R590 3D laptop has a 15.6-inch screen display at 1366 x 768p resolution. It is powered by an Intel Core i7 CPU. Onboard is a fast DDR3 RAM of up to 4GB. It will also come packing with a NVIDIA GeForce GT 355m discrete graphics card with 1GB dedicated memory as well as polarized 3D glasses which reduces eye-strain compared to other 3D glasses.
Consumers can watch films using the 3D technology when equipped with an optional Blu-ray drive. As for the other features, the machine will ship with the TriDef software adding depths to gaming experience by converting 2D videos to 3D technology as well as SRS Tru-Surround HD feature.
The LG Xnote R590 3D notebook is already available in the South Korean market, though we still have to wait for further details about the machine’s release date outside the region. The price of the laptop has not been divulged either.
